Co-Owner
Justin is a co-owner, licensed electrician, and part-time streamer — basically, the guy who keeps the lights on and the Wi-Fi running. Whether he’s fixing circuits or dropping into a livestream, he brings sharp focus and zero ego. Around here, he’s the quiet current that makes it all hum.
Ryan Straub
Co-Owner, Head Barber
Ryan is a co-owner, head barber, paranormal investigator, and resident poet — the man who can line you up, cleanse your aura, and write a verse about it after. With a blade in one hand and a ghost meter in the other, Ryan brings sharp detail and strange wisdom to every cut. Around here, he’s part barber, part bard, part ghost whisperer — and all in on the craft.
Meloney Straub
Massage Therapist, Barber
Meloney Straub is the shop’s massage therapist, resident frog enthusiast, and recently unlocked barbering powerhouse. She brings calm to chaos, light to the room, and sometimes a tiny ceramic toad to her station. One moment she’s melting stress out of your shoulders, the next she’s sculpting your style with the focus of a woodland monk. If you leave her station feeling anything less than brand new, you probably dreamed the whole thing.

Born in Portland and shaped by a whirlwind tour of fourteen schools, she learned early how powerful it feels to truly become yourself — a philosophy she now brings to every client in her chair. With a lifelong passion for cosmetology, a love for vivid, expressive color, and a spirit rooted in herbal and natural healing practices, Kaelis blends artistry with intention. When he’s not behind the chair, he’s on the baseball field — playing, coaching, and proving that mastery translates across arenas. A devoted enthusiast of the supernatural and all things Sasquatch, he maintains a healthy respect for the unexplained and uncovering hidden truths.
